Swimzi hydration bottle has been designed by the man himself ‘Liam Tancock’. From years of self taught and managed hydration, Liam’s insight to the importance of keeping hydrated during a training session helped to create this unique measuring system. Swimmers and coaches can now identify which level of hydration relates to which part of the training session.

The five iconic coloured ring wristbands can be used around the bottle body and neck to quickly identify a swimmers bottle during sets.
